What to expect

Week 1

Meet your dedicated Implementation Specialist, a construction-focused CPA with a comprehensive 360° view of your business. They’ll guide you through the entire implementation process, set clear expectations, and ensure every step aligns with your growth vision.

Week 2

We partner with your finance team and controllers to establish your financial structure, including entities, chart of accounts, subledgers, user roles, WIP, payment terms, approval workflows, vendors, and customers—creating a solid foundation for long-term financial success.

Week 3

We collaborate with your project managers to understand jobs, commitments, variations, and forecasting, and align on KPIs for project reporting. Together, we define project phases, from planning to closeout, map estimates, finalize billing setups, and identify automation opportunities.

Week 4

We create a test environment within Premier, refining your processes, workflows, and reporting. This hands-on experience prepares your team for go-live, ensuring confidence and readiness. Once live, we seamlessly upload opening balances and ongoing projects from your previous system.

Week 5

Your dedicated Implementation Specialist provides hands-on, in-depth training to optimize your processes and demonstrate how Premier streamlines operations. Using real-world examples from finance, accounting, job costing, project management, and field management, they ensure KPIs are aligned across departments, driving cohesive, data-driven performance.

Week 6-7

Go live on Premier with full support within 2 weeks. We manage the history upload, opening balances, and in-progress job data, guiding you through a smooth transition and ensuring a seamless reconciliation with your previous system.

Week 8

For 2-4 weeks post-go-live, you’ll use Premier alongside your previous systems to validate data accuracy. We offer additional hands-on training sessions as needed to ensure your team is fully equipped and confident.

After 60 days

You’ll have access to a dedicated Account Manager and unlimited training sessions to ensure your team—new hires included—gets the most from Premier, maximizing your investment and ensuring long-term success.
