Effective communication is a key component of our exceptional customer service. Information is typically shared in written, verbal, or visual formats. We offer flexible communication methods and will provide information in alternate formats or methods upon request. Please inform us of your needs, and we will assist accordingly.
For customers visiting our Markham, Ontario location in person, Premier allows the use of personal assistive devices. This includes, but is not limited to, wheelchairs, canes, walkers, white canes, magnifiers, oxygen tanks, electronic communication devices, service animals, and support workers. Customers are encouraged to inform a staff member of any special needs, and we will provide appropriate accommodations.
In the event of a disruption to access to our services, a notice will be posted online. Premier provides accessibility training to all employees, including those involved in developing customer service policies and processes. Training is provided upon commencement of employment and is reviewed annually or when policy changes occur.
In compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (O. Reg. 191/11, s. 4(1)), Premier has prepared an Integrated Accessibility Standards Policy and Multi-Year Plan.
