Having everything into one system is just great. Not having to go around to 3 or 4 different systems... it's great having a one-stop shop when we're able to look at all of our systems and how we're doing. Advice to Others: Make the Switch

When asked what he'd tell someone on the fence about switching to Premier, Mike's recommendation was clear and enthusiastic:

I would say, switch over to Premier. It's a good product, especially if you're a construction company... So if you're a construction company, Premier is a great, great product to use.

I wish we were taking advantage of this a year ago or two years ago... There's a lot of good information surfacing that we're definitely going to be able to take back home and implement.

The team is also working to adopt the signatures portal for digital approvals, gradually moving operations team members away from email-based processes toward the integrated Premier workflow.
